The HR Advisor will play a crucial role in providing proactive HR services to support the effective management and development of the firm's personnel. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, key responsibilities include managing employee relations issues, coordinating operational HR processes, overseeing lateral recruitment, and assisting with key HR projects. The role also involves covering for team members during absences. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior HR Advisor position.
Responsibilities encompass managing employee relations, including performance management, flexible working requests, and disciplinary matters. The HR Advisor will also handle the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interviews, and offer management. Additionally, the role involves coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting inductions, and facilitating exit interviews.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field, at least five years of relevant HR experience, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required, with Mandarin being desirable.
