HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor | Global Law Firm | HKG

A highly distinguished major international law firm is seeking to add an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor to join their regional HR Team in Hong Kong and support the team on HR operational matters.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage portfolios through business partnering, mobility coordination, diversity and inclusive stream support, and staff movement management.
• Support and maintain the internal HR system and projects
• Assist in performance management process and remuneration review
• Handle other HR admin areas when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in human resources or similar discipline
• 3-6+ years of experience in HR gained in international law firms or the professional services industry
• Demonstrable experience of business partnering and adopting a solutions-led approach are high priority for this role. 
• Excellent communication skills, personable with the ability to work with different levels of staff
• High levels of fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Experience using WorkDay HRIS would be highly preferred
• Strong team building capability with strong team ethic
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and networking skills
