Our client, a leading boutique law firm in Hong Kong is seeking a Family Associate to join their busy team and law firm. The successful candidate will offer legal counsel and support to individuals and families, managing a variety of legal issues. Responsibilities also include participating in client consultations, investigating pertinent legal matters, drafting legal paperwork, and representing clients in legal proceedings.

Skills and Experience

• Solid experience in family law and associated legal processes
• Research and analytical abilities
• Prior experience in managing family law cases, including claims under Guardianship of Minors Ordinance and the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Ordinance.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both oral and written) is required.
