Our client, a renowned international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join their team in their Melbourne office. Ideal candidates will come from a corporate background and have experience within mining, infrastructure, and energy industries. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance in the corporate aspects of the mining, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
• Develop and implement corporate strategies to drive growth and efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of corporate initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Preference for Australian Qualified, additional qualifications are advantageous
• 5-7PQE gained from international law firms
• Experience in the corporate aspects of the mining, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
