Competition Associate | 3-5PQE | London
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Competition Associate to join their Competition, EU & Trade Group. The role will Focus on EU and UK competition law matters.
Experience:
- 3-5 years PQE in competition law.
- Experience in sub-practice areas such as:
- Merger control
- National Security & Investment Act
- Antitrust investigations and advisory including cartels, vertical agreements, abuse of a dominant position
- Competition law compliance
- Market studies and investigations
- Competition litigation
- Experience in the energy, financial services, technology, or life sciences/pharmaceutical sectors is highly desirable.
