Job Description:

Our client, an international law firm with a fast growing presence in Hong Kong is seeking an exceptional Senior Associate with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience to join their growing Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage own case files and matters independently.
• Handle high court commercial litigation and international arbitration cases
• Provide and maintain client services
• Assist the partners to further build the international arbitration presence in the market

Qualifications:

• Hong Kong admitted solicitor
• 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience in international arbitration highly advantageous.
• Mandarin fluency (written and spoken) essential.
• Candidates with some or all international law firm experience or candidates from a top tier domestic law firm with a track record of handling international arbitration and litigation matters.
• Demonstrable experience of initiating and participating in business development and marketing projects
• Able to supervise and guide junior team members
