Senior Legal Counsel - 12-15 PQE - Leading Listco

Reporting to the General Counsel, this Senior Legal Counsel position will:

• Review and draft commercial contracts, finance documentation and marketing materials
• Advise business units on general operational matters such as employment, data privacy and litigation matters
• Supervise a small company secretarial team on listing rules/listed company compliance and company secretarial matters
  
• Draft internal company policies and provide internal training
  
• Keep up to date on legal and regulatory developments affecting the business

To qualify:

• You will be Hong Kong qualified with at least 10 years' PQE
• Listing rules compliance gained with leading law firms and in-house is necessary
• Commercially savvy team player with excellent communication skills are sought
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (with the ability to read and write in Chinese) is required and Mandarin is advantageous
