Senior Associate - White Collar Investigations | Hong Kong OR Singapore

Our client is seeking highly qualified Senior Associate with expertise in White Collar Investigations to join a well regarded partner and strong team. The ideal candidate can be based in Hong Kong but should be open to relocating to Singapore. This role involves managing complex investigations related to financial crimes and regulatory issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and conduct investigations into white-collar crimes such as fraud, bribery, and corruption.
• Provide clients with advice on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Carry out internal investigations and interact with regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and review investigation reports, legal documents, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice law in Hong Kong or Singapore.
• 5+PQE in white-collar investigations and regulatory matters.
• Experience with US law firms.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Competitive salary aligned with Cravath scale rates for qualified candidates.
