Senior Legal Counsel (Listco) - 8+ PQE

Opportunity to join a growing legal team of a leading Hong Kong listed company. Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the head of legal, you will: 

• Focus on listing rules compliance including reviewing and drafting related agreements, announcements and circulars
• Draft and implement governance and compliance policies and deliver training
• Prepare documents on general corporate and operational matters, including employment, litigation and other general commercial matters 
  

To qualify, you will be at least 8+ PQE Hong Kong qualified with strong listing rules compliance experience.  Excellent communication and organisational skills are required. Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential and Mandarin would be advantageous.
