Job Title: DCM Associate

Job Description:

A Law firm is seeking an Associate for their Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of DCM experience and should be qualified in the US, UK, or HK.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the DCM team on various projects.
• Provide legal advice on a wide range of DCM matters.
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of legal documents.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets.
• Legal qualification in the US, UK, or HK.
• Experience working with leading DCM teams.
• Excellent educational background.
• Native Mandarin speaker preferred.
