The ideal candidate will be a mid-senior lawyer with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained at a reputable international law firm. Strong technical skills in banking and finance are essential, with prior exposure to leveraged finance being particularly advantageous. Exceptional communication skills are a must, including fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, to effectively advise clients and collaborate across jurisdictions.
