Seeking Capital Markets lawyers looking to pivot into Knowledge Management - This is your opportunity to leverage your expertise in ECM, takeovers, and compliance in a dynamic new role. Our client is seeking a professional with at least 5 years of experience and HK qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, update, and manage standard documents and internal memoranda.
• Identify and compile work product precedents.
• Contribute to Firm publications, presentations, and training.
• Initiate and manage legal knowledge projects and systems.
• Coordinate with IT and Knowledge Management staff on content management.
• Develop and maintain legal knowledge databases.
• Train and assist lawyers and Paralegals in using knowledge tools.
• Share recent legal developments and market trends.
• Implement Matter Management methodologies, including training and creating matter plans.
• Some travel needed.
• Handle additional related projects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Above-average academic background.
• HK qualification required.
