We are looking for a qualified lawyer turned L&D legal trainer to join our client's L&D team as a Regional Senior L&D Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our legal professionals across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal training and experience working in a reputable commercial law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs, including programs that incorporate technology, for legal professionals across the region.
- Work with practice area groups and PSLs to identify training needs and develop training materials.
- Deliver training and peer coaching sessions in person and online.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with other trainers to develop and deliver global training programs.
Requirements:
- A qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering high quality legal training, and a solid academic background
- Professional Support Lawyers from major law firms are welcome to apply
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Fluency in Chinese languages is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good project management, research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
