Are you ready to take the lead in managing workplace relations and fostering a positive work environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated and driven ER Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Provide expert guidance on ER matters, addressing workplace conflicts, performance appraisal disputes, absence management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Handle cases involving regulatory and governmental bodies, such as the Equal Opportunities Commission and Labour Department.
  • Conduct thorough internal investigations into workplace issues, including personal misconduct and employee grievances.
  • Oversee and update ER policies and employment contracts to ensure compliance and relevance.
  • Manage complex medical and deceased cases, including employee compensation matters.
  • Analyze and report on HR data to enhance policy control and decision-making.
  • Deliver training to the HR team on critical ER-related topics.

What were looking for:

  • A proactive learner with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Solid experience in ER matters, ideally gained in the employment department of a leading law firm or the HR team of a multinational corporation.
  • An ability to thrive under pressure, meeting tight deadlines with a decisive and resourceful approach.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Chinese languages is a bonus, but not essential.
