Our client, a leading US law firm is seeking a Junior Associate to join their busy Litigation team to based in Beijing or Shanghai. The ideal candidate will be experienced in White Collar Defense & Investigations and come from an international law firm background.

Duties:

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents.
• Communicate regularly with clients.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and professional ethics.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years experience in an international law firm within the Litigation practice area
• J.D. from a renowned U.S. University with top academic results
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and fluent English required
  
• Based in or willing to relocate to China
