Associate (Corporate) | 1-3PQE | Multinational Law Firm | Jakarta

Our client, a top law firm is seeking to add to their corporate team, an Associate. The role will work closely with Partners, advising on a variety of public and private M&A transactions, venture capital funds, and general corporate and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents, ensuring alignment with market standards.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Engage with clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong academic background.
• Admitted to practice in Indonesia (PERADI).
• 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (UK scale).
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience with top-tier firms on Indonesian transactions is advantageous.
• Excellent networking, organizational, and communication skills.
