Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer or Accountant - 10+ PQE

Due to expansion, this professional services firm with international offices is hiring a restructuring and insolvency ("R&I") practitioner to grow its business further.  This key senior management role will:


• Act as the appointed R&I practitioner as well as actively lead and business develop to grow the practice further which will involve utilising and building upon their network
  
• Review presentation materials, deliver presentations to new and prospective clients
• Ensure compliance regarding all insolvency matters
• Monitor investigations and manage stakeholders' expectations
• Execute the R&I work 


To qualify:



• Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Law or other Business-related discipline preferred
• Qualified lawyer and/or accountant - dual qualified would be ideal
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience including insolvency, restructuring and forensic accounting with cross border experience is highly advantageous
• Excellent business development and stakeholder management track record
• Commercially savvy, strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese is required
