Corporate Associate | Hong Kong | Mid-Senior level (3-5 PQE)

Our client, a renowned global law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their busy practice. The ideal candidate should be a US licensed lawyer with a JD qualification. Experience in US IPO with HK IPOs a plus. You will play a client-facing role in advising clients on complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate matters
• Good communication skills
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of cases, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Meet with clients in a professional and presentable manner, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Prepare and draft various legal documents such as contracts, corporates, etc.

Qualifications:

• JD from US 
• US bar qualified
• Experience in international firms preferred
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English
