Our client, a leading global law firm is currently seeking an HR Advisor to join their HK office, overseeing the Aisa business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to designated practice groups and business services functions across Asia.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and departure logistics.
- Administer visas, insurance, and MPF enrollments/terminations.
- Oversee graduate and intern recruitment, and trainee solicitor development.
- Handle reporting to Hong Kong Law Society and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Organize law fairs and graduate recruitment events.
- Administer CPD and RME elective courses.
- Maintain HRIS and support payroll and salary review.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in HR Management or related field.
- 5 years of HR operations and advisory experience.
- Relevant HR experience in law firms with knowledge of Hong Kong Law Society reporting.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS.
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
