Our client, a leading global law firm is currently seeking an HR Advisor to join their HK office, overseeing the Aisa business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to designated practice groups and business services functions across Asia.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and departure logistics.
  • Administer visas, insurance, and MPF enrollments/terminations.
  • Oversee graduate and intern recruitment, and trainee solicitor development.
  • Handle reporting to Hong Kong Law Society and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
  • Organize law fairs and graduate recruitment events.
  • Administer CPD and RME elective courses.
  • Maintain HRIS and support payroll and salary review.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in HR Management or related field.
  • 5 years of HR operations and advisory experience.
  • Relevant HR experience in law firms with knowledge of Hong Kong Law Society reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS.
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
