Head of Employee Relations - APAC

A leading international bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Employee Relations - APAC to lead a specialist team of employee relations professionals across Asia. Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a key leadership role that will influence and shape the bank's employee relations strategy across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic employee relations advice and support to business units and support functions
• Manage and oversee employment documentation processes
• Review and refine HR policies to ensure alignment with regulatory and business needs
• Support employment litigation, compliance, and risk management initiatives

Requirements:

• Robust experience in employment law and employee relations, ideally gained within the banking or financial services sector
• Legal qualification strongly preferred
• Proven experience operating across Asia, with a deep understanding of regional employment landscapes
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
