Associate - Corporate Practice | Singapore

Our client is seeking an Associate to join their corporate team in Singapore. The team handles some of the most significant and intricate M&A deals globally. 

Requirements:

• 4+PQE with a common law qualifications
• Experience in Private Equity/M&A 
• Capable of leading transactions and managing multiple work streams.
• Excellent drafting skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is advantageous but not mandatory.
