US Corporate Associate | 4-7 Years PQE | Int'l Law Firm | HKG

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Corporate Senior Associate with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our esteemed AMLAW 200 international law firm in Hong Kong. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading on US capital markets deals and providing comprehensive US securities advisory work, including expertise in Regulation S and Rule 144A transactions. An added bonus will be considered for candidates with experience on advising on M&A deals and general corporate advice such as joint ventures and shareholder agreements. 

This role requires a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Mandarin, capable of navigating complex legal landscapes and effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders. While a US qualification is preferred, applicants who are common law qualified lawyers who possess the requisite experience from major or top-tier international law firms would also be considered.
