Senior Associate/Associate | Regulatory and Dispute Matters | Hong Kong

Our client is seeking a 4+ PQE Associate or Senior Associate with expertise in regulatory compliance and dispute management. The role involves leading regulatory investigations and managing complex legal cases, particularly those related to China.

Responsibilities:

• Lead regulatory investigations with various authorities
• Represent clients in high-profile legal disputes and arbitration across multiple jurisdictions 
• Mentor junior team members and oversee their work.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in regulatory compliance and complex legal cases.
• Experience gained from International firms is preferred
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
