Legal Counsel - Derivatives (4+ PQE)

This leading financial services company is hiring a legal counsel to join a mid sized team based in Hong Kong. This key role will:

• Advise the business units and management on structured and derivative products trading and project financing
• Negotiate contracts with institutional clients on documents including ISDA, GMSLA and GMRA
• Manage key stakeholders and liaise with external counsel on legal documentation
• Conduct due diligence on new business transactions and identify risk matters
• Review internal policies and templates

Qualifications:

• To qualify, you should be Hong Kong qualified with 4+ PQE with relevant experience gained with leading law firms/financial institutions
• Commercially savvy with excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
