Funds Paralegal | Intl' Law Firm | HKG

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Funds Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will assist with the formation and management of funds, perform legal research, and provide administrative support to Associates.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with the formation and management of funds, including drafting and reviewing fund documents.
• Conduct legal research related to fund regulations and compliance.
• Prepare and file regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on fund matters.
• Maintain fund files and records in accordance with firm policies.
• Provide administrative support to associates as needed.

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in a fund or finance setting.
• Strong understanding of fund structures and regulations.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a law firm environment.
• Trilingual candidates are preferred (Chinese & English)
