Paralegal (IPO) | Top Tier Firm | Hong Kong

Exciting opportunity with a global law firm to join their IPO team. The successful candidate will be supporting legal operations and ensuring management of corporate transactional documentation.

Duties:

• Reviewing and drafting a variety of transactional documents
• Facilitating legal audits, including document circulation, examination, and prep of legal audit findings.
• Research and report on legal and business matters
• Assist with due diligence and fact-verification tasks.
  
• Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external partners.
• Addressing legal and administrative requests from associates, including both hard and soft copy documents
• Organize and maintain legal documentation.

You:

• Around 3-5 years of relevant experience in IPO paralegal work with strong drafting and editing skills
• Adept at legal research and compiling detailed reports
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Experience with legal transaction procedures and due diligence is preferred
• Team player with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels
• Good English and Chinese language skills is a must
