Banking and Finance Associate | 3+ PQE | Singapore (preferred) or Hong Kong

Our client, an international UK law firm, is looking for an experienced Banking and Finance Associates to join their Singapore Transactions team. This team serves businesses, high net worth families and family offices, financiers, funds, entrepreneurs, and listed companies in cross-border commercial transactions. This role offers an opportunity for exposure to various areas, including asset finance, general banking and finance, aviation finance, and shipping finance. Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-border financing transactions, including general banking and finance, structured finance, and corporate debt restructurings.
• Draft and review finance documents such as high yield loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security documents.
• Provide drafting advice to clients and oversee transaction management.
• Take on a client-facing role with considerable responsibility, under appropriate supervision and training.
• Contribute to the team with a strong focus on career growth and development.

Requirements:

• Qualified in UK, HK, SG law, or other common law jurisdiction.
• At least 3+PQE with experience from an international law firm.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus but not essential.
