General Banking Associate | UK Law Firm | Hong Kong

Our client is seeking a General Banking Associate to join their Global Financial Markets practice in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will work on a variety of complex finance transactions, including leveraged and acquisition finance, private credit & direct lending, project finance, real estate finance, and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of financing documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on finance-related legal issues.
• Participate in structuring, negotiating, and executing finance transactions.
• Manage and mentor junior associates and trainees.

Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer with 2+ PQE.
• Qualified in a common law jurisdiction.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are required.
