Our client, a leading Hong Kong firm is seeking an exceptional Employment Associate with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience and strong technical skills to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of employment law issues.
• Handle court matters related to employment law
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and agreements.
• Draft witness statements
• Represent clients in employment-related disputes.
• Manage the litigation process efficiently

Qualifications:

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Hong Kong Qualified
• 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in employment law.
• Strong technical skills in employment law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen.
