Assistant Legal Counsel | International brand | HKG

Our client, a multinational commercial brand, is hiring an Assistant Legal Counsel to join their Hong Kong based legal team and reporting to the head of legal:

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, review and draft sourcing and supply agreements and other legal documents and business contracts.
• Provide legal advice and support to various business units.
• Draft and review internal documents and policies to ensure alignment with legal requirements.
• Advise business units on legal issues while supporting projects.

Qualifications:

• Hong Kong qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
• Prior in-house experience gained in the logistics, transportation and supply chain industries is preferred.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
