Legal Counsel - 6+ PQE (General Commercial)

This leading multinational corporation is hiring a Legal Counsel to be based in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Head of Legal, this key role will be part of a fast paced and dynamic environment:

• Provide legal support to the business units on general commercial law and risk matters
• Review and negotiate commercial contracts 
• Manage litigation matters and coordinate legal advice from external Counsel 
• Use legal technology to manage in-house legal matters
• Deliver internal training to colleagues on legal and regulatory updates

To qualify, you should be:

Hong Kong qualified with at least 6+ PQE
Bilingual in English and Cantonese (with the ability to speak, read and write in Chinese)
Team player with the experience and ability to work in a fast paced environment is sought
