Legal Counsel

Due to expansion, this leading multinational consumer sourcing company is hiring a legal counsel to join their small team based in Hong Kong.  This key regional role will report to the head of legal to provide the following support:


• Advise business units on the legal aspects of sourcing ranging from reviewing general commercial contracts with suppliers and other third parties
• Advise on e-commerce related matters and regulatory matters regarding products
• Handle all in-house legal matters relating to the company's business and operations
  
  

To qualify for this role, you will be commonwealth qualified. US legal qualification would be advantageous.  Ideally, you will have 8+ years' PQE. Fluency in English is required and a commercial can do attitude is essential.
