If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join this global law firm as a Partner Talent Acquisition Manager.

ABOUT 

As a Partner Talent Acquisition Manager and part of the global talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of partners and of counsel lawyers for our client's offices in the APAC region. You will work closely with senior partners and business leaders to understand their strategic needs and identify potential candidates who can add value to our firm. 

You will also:

  • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support candidates in reviewing, scrutinising and developing their business case, and advise senior partners on the suitability of candidates
  • Negotiate and close offers with candidates and facilitate their smooth onboarding and integration into the firm
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, partners, hiring managers, and external search firms across the region
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify talent trends, opportunities, and challenges in the APAC legal market
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the firm's talent acquisition strategy, policies, and best practices

YOU

  • A bachelors degree or equivalent in human resources, business, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the legal sector or other partnership business model 
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders and diverse audiences
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to understand the business needs and drivers of the firm and the candidates
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and proactively about talent solutions
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
