Senior Private Banker | Multinational Bank | China Market

Our client, an esteemed international private bank, is seeking top-tier private bankers to be a part of their Hong Kong team as a Relationship Manager offering comprehensive wealth, business, and family succession strategies to clients.

Key Duties:

• Deliver a comprehensive range of wealth management and banking services to high-value individual clients.
• Win new clients and maintain existing ones to boost portfolio Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue.
• Regularly review client portfolios to spot further business prospects and potential for revenue enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to pinpoint opportunities for cross-selling and to offer relevant investment products and services to clients.
• Work in tandem with in-house credit consultants to offer tailored lending solutions and augment lending balances.
• Utilize networks and reputation to carry out business development activities, with a focus on International Private Wealth clients.
• Uphold stringent adherence to internal control standards, including areas of risk, regulatory compliance, and financial crime compliance.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in wealth sector relationship management, ideally in the private banking, commercial banking, or investment banking sectors.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, asset gathering, asset growth, and revenue generation.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to think outside the box and troubleshoot issues.
• Solid knowledge of financial markets and wealth management products.
• A strong emphasis on client service.
• High fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, fluent Cantonese is desirable
