Senior Litigation Associate (4-7 PQE) | Sydney based

Our client, a well known international law firm is seeking a mid to senior level Associate with a background in commercial litigation and dispute resolution to join their busy team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be preferably Australian qualified and have experience with the Australian courts. Additional qualifications or experience abroad is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value commercial and construction disputes.

• Advise on corporate governance, anti-trust, regulatory compliance, insolvency, and private law issues.

• Represent clients in the infrastructure, energy, and technology sectors.

Qualifications:

• Australian qualified, additional qualifications is advantageous 

• 4-7PQE in commercial litigation.

• Experience in infrastructure and construction sectors preferred.

• Knowledge of domestic and international arbitration is a plus.
