Position: Associate - Corporate Practice

Location: Singapore

Overview: Our client is looking for an junior to mid-level Associate to join their corporate team in Singapore. This team is known for handling some of the most complex and high-profile M&A transactions worldwide.

Requirements:

• 1-3PQE with a common law qualification.
• Proven experience in Private Equity and M&A.
• Ability to lead transactions and manage multiple work streams effectively.
• Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is advantageous
