Business Development Coordinator | Law Firm | 2+ Years | HKG | $35k p.m.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Marketing, the Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for a broad range of projects, including but not limited to:

• Coordinating events
• Legal directory submissions
• Updating the firms CRM database
• Sourcing corporate gifts and maintaining an inventory
• Maintaining marketing profiles and other related materials

MUST POSSESS

• At least 2 years of relevant all rounded business development and marketing experience in a reputable law firm or professional services firm
• Good English and Chinese language skills are necessary.
• Working knowledge of using graphic design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
• Good at developing relationships

• Stable career history preferred
• Outgoing, upbeat, enthusiastic and willing to learn
