4-5 PQE Litigation Associate | Law firm | Hong Kong

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the litigation practice area, with the ability to handle a variety of complex cases.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate effectively to provide updates and legal advice.

Qualifications:

• Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer (Other common law qualifications an advantage)
• 4-5 years of PQE in litigation.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
