Associate — Restructuring & Insolvency

WHO

Our client is a well-established international law firm with a significant presence in Singapore and a wider Asia-Pacific network spanning Hong Kong and Tokyo, alongside offices across the UK, Europe and the US. It is looking for an Associate to join its Restructuring and Insolvency team in Singapore, working across a broad mix of contentious, advisory and transactional matters for both international and domestic clients.

WHAT

You will join a dynamic restructuring and insolvency team handling fast-moving matters with complex legal and commercial dimensions. The role involves drafting legal documents and correspondence, conducting legal research, attending court hearings, and supporting both contentious and non-contentious restructuring work. You will work alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds and specialisms, taking real ownership of your matters while learning from a well-regarded practice.

YOU

The successful candidate will be a Singapore-qualified lawyer at around 1-2 years PQE, with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure, and a keen eye for detail. You will bring sound legal research and drafting skills and a genuine interest in restructuring and insolvency work, whether contentious or advisory.
