Legal Counsel - Property - 7+ PQE

Our client, a leading award winning conglomerate, is hiring a Hong Kong qualified Legal Counsel to join its legal team based in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial contracts including contract management and reviewing risk assessment
• Advise on property and land rights and ownership, property management and all property related matters and ensuring compliance with land permits and grants and other regulatory matters
• Advise on property related claims and disputes involving land and property and negotiate and mediate any disputed matters
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance

Qualifications

• Hong Kong qualified with 7+ PQE with at least 4+ years of land and property matters in Hong Kong
• Commercial, regulatory and compliance issues experience
• In-House experience with a leading corporation would be advantageous
• Solid drafting skills in both English and Chinese is essential
• Leadership experience with curiosity to learn and apply new legal technology developments is preferred
