Our client is a Hong Kong-based corporate practice founded by partners with international law firm backgrounds and a strong reputation for high-quality, commercially driven advice. The firm acts for a diverse client base, including listed companies, private corporates, and overseas clients, with a steady pipeline of enquiries referred by overseas law firms. It combines international standards with a collaborative, partner-led culture and a genuinely sustainable approach to legal practice.

The firm is seeking a talented Senior Associate with 5-9 years of post-qualification experience to join its corporate team. The role offers exposure to a genuine breadth of corporate work — including  capital markets, M&A (public and private), regulatory matters, general banking and finance (advising corporate borrowers), and general corporate/commercial advisory — with a clear path to advancement for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with solid corporate experience at an international law firm or top-tier local Hong Kong firm, with a strong academic background and excellent written and spoken Mandarin and English language skills. Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage.

**In-house Corporate Lawyers**—In addition to ambitious candidates already working in a law firm, of particular interest to our client are candidates who were admitted between 2017-2019 in Hong Kong working on capital markets transactions who moved in-house in the last 1-3 years, and are now seeking a return to private practice.
