Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Project Management Consultant (PMC) team overseeing the recovery of a major infrastructure restoration project of a deep wastewater pumping station.
  • Manage the EPC contract for the restoration, ensuring successful execution through all phases: condition assessment, refurbishment, enhancement, and commissioning.
  • Oversee scope, schedule, interface, procurement, cost, quality, risk, change, and communication management.
  • Facilitate smooth coordination between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure project adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and quality assurance.
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in wastewater management, with a focus on deep pump stations and similar large-scale projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role on major infrastructure restoration projects.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and P.E./Chartered Engineer status.
  • Strong expertise in EPC project management, contract negotiations, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
