The Role: As a Finance Manager, you will:

• Control accounting and reporting for Stantecs operations in Türkiye and other managed countries.
• Ensure compliance with Stantec accounting policies and Turkish statutory requirements.
• Provide insightful commentary on business performance and developments.
• Support commercial management in day-to-day decisions and business strategy development.
• Drive improvements in revenue, profitability, receivables collection, and cost control.
• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Oversee transactional and accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage tax and treasury positions, liaising with external auditors.
• Inspire, manage, and develop the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience, or part qualified/actively studying/QBE candidates.
• Advanced analytical skills with a focus on results and performance.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional management skills.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
