About the job Quantity Surveyor (Sewerage System)
- He must have experience in all facets of quantity surveying, including cost planning, quantity takeoff, preparation of bills of quantities in CESMM format, estimating, claim, evaluation, negotiation, general post-contract rates, taking over certificates and Defects Liability Certificates of Contracts related to sewerage and drainage, and irrigation works.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Relevant tertiary qualification(s); BSc QS preferred.
- Professional Qualifications, e.g., MRICS Ten years of experience in quantity surveying
