Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in attracting top talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles, including software developers, QA engineers, architects, and other related positions.
  • Strong understanding of the business hiring for, various technical skills and technologies, including programming languages, frameworks, databases, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
