We at Stalwart Themius, are seeking a Head - TA CoE at DGM or AM level for one of our clients from the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain.

- Position reporting to this role : Asst Manager TA (1), TA Lead International and Leadership hiring (1)
- Qualification : Graduation in any Stream + Full-time MBA in HR

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead TA - Centre Of Excellence (COE) globally by co-creating talent acquisition strategies, processes and policies in-line with specific business needs.
- Manage end-to-end Leadership hiring process in collaboration with the Total Rewards team.
- Drive the EVP through internal communication strategies to attract and engage the right talent.
- Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to position ACG as an employer of choice in various markets globally.
- Partner in manpower planning and budgeting processes to ensure the availability of the right talent.
- Develop proactive market mapping of potential hires in partnership with the Talent Management COE to meet future requirements.
- Develop and execute TA capability-building initiatives for all relevant stakeholders including but not limited to hiring managers and business TA leads.
- Stay updated on current market trends to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Define digital media objectives for talent acquisition and utilize social networking and digital recruiting mediums to attract candidates.
- Drive employer branding initiatives through digital channels to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Manage and optimize online TA platform, including Applicant Tracking Systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors), to capture required analytics and improve process efficiency.
- Regularly publish Group level Global talent acquisition dashboards with stakeholders at the group level.
- Devise and implement campus hiring strategies and drive the Cadre building program, across the Group in partnership with BHR team.

Specific Notes:
- Candidates with 10-15 years of experience post PG in HR will be an ideal fit.
- Combination of BHR + TA COE experience would be an advantage.
- Someone with a passion for TA and ready to be fully in TA function will be a good fit
- Position has Hybrid working with at least 3 days a week Work from office
- Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing/pharma will be preferred.
