Your Role:
- Design and develop the Campus Resourcing philosophy, policies and processes.
- Responsible for Global Leadership Hiring.
- Contribute to the overall firm strategy and business building goals.
- Map role criteria, design job description & making reports.
- Identify prospective candidates, build out profiles in our database, develop phone and email details, and verify that information.
- Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence
- Extensive high-level interaction with candidates.
- Plan and drive campaigns on all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter to attract and engage talent.
- Own and shape the career section on the corporate website and career pages in each geography where we are present
- Strengthen campus engagement & employer branding initiatives at premier institutes
- Foster strong relationships with institutes and implement the hiring process across Tier1 & Tier 2 B schools
- Partner with campus faculty.
- Contact university career counsellors and provide informative materials about our internship programs
- Evangelize our unique culture, and values and help us create our employee value proposition through all internal and external communication, events and programs.
- Managing all existing and new partnerships with recruitment consultants, job boards etc.
- Oversee all stages of the candidate experience from application to interview to final communication.
- International hiring across 65 countries where the organization has a presence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in creating and managing a differentiated global employer brand, in a fast-paced, disruptive environment.
- Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision
- Excellent project and stakeholder management
- Demonstrable experience in managing the complete Recruitment cycle.
- Hands-on experience in using multiple sourcing techniques and tools, with a special focus on social media hiring.
- Excellent team-management abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates).
