Stalwart Themius is seeking a Finance Manager for one of our clients based out of Ahmedabad who are a renowned global provider of comprehensive digital commerce solutions for some of the world's largest enterprises.

As a Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in finance, and demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.

What you'll be doing:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the team including the task allocation to each member, setting up the deadline to complete the task, resolving the escalation, etc.
- Onboarding new clients & setting up the process
- Assist Directors, Managers to meet reporting deadline targets
- Design & develop analytics reports for clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Prepare team reports and performance matrix reports for measuring team performance
- Fulfill ad-hoc requirements or data requests
- Improve the internal process of working & standardize the processes of the company
- Guide or alert clients on any procedural flaws or errors noticed in their financial controls for all clients under the team
- Consider ways that the company can revise clients' processes (daily, weekly, monthly, etc...) which will allow the company to prepare monthly financials on a timelier basis without sacrificing the quality of the accounting records
- Plan and execute year-end audits
- Review forecasts, budgets, and weekly performances to clients, month-end management accounts, and all the processes on a monthly basis
- Train the team on new processes, new clients, analytical reports, and accounts payable; and support in query-solving
- Responsible for finding new avenues to increase revenue from existing accounts and new accounts
What you'll bring:
- Must have 8 years of experience in outsourced accounting for US, UK or Australian clients
- Latest 3 years of experience in US accounting and team management
- CA or CPA certification is requried
- Knowledge of US GAAP is good to have
- Must have experience in managing multiple clients
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent decision-making & Logical skills
- Must have experience in finalizing books and preparing the financial reports
Nice to have:
- Experience working with QuickBooks or Oracle NetSuite
