Role Overview:
We are hiring a Google Ads Executive with expertise in PPC strategy, AI-driven campaign optimizations, Performance Max campaigns, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and skilled in scaling ad campaigns profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Utilize AI-driven bid strategies, audience signals, and automation tools for campaign scaling.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to improve targeting.
- Optimize landing pages to enhance Quality Scores and conversion rates.
- Monitor conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and attribution modeling for accurate campaign analysis.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, Smart Bidding trends, and automation advancements.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Key Skills Required:
Experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max)
Strong knowledge of Smart Bidding, AI-powered optimization, and audience targeting
Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setup
Expertise in A/B testing, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization
Familiarity with automation scripts, audience signals, and dynamic ads
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-backed decisions
Up-to-date with PPC trends, Google Ads policies, and ad automation strategies
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video, Shopping)
- Experience with third-party PPC tools like Optmyzr, SEMrush, or SpyFu
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus
- Prior experience in managing lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
