Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations
Track and manage accounts receivable and payable.
Generate and send invoices to clients on time.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain records of collections.
Maintain daily cash flow statements and bank reconciliations.
Bookkeeping & Compliance
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Coordinate with external CA for GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Budgeting & Reporting
Assist in preparing monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Support in preparing annual budgets and expense forecasts.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support in optimizing spend.
Payroll & Reimbursements
Process employee salaries, reimbursements, and vendor payments in coordination with HR/Operations.
Maintain proper documentation for financial audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
13 years of experience in finance/accounting role (agency experience is a plus).
Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation laws.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (P&L, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
